Terms of Use

Last updated: August 10, 2026

These terms govern your use of Global Connect Hub at connecthubglobal.com and its mobile applications (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is operated as an unincorporated sole trader based in London, United Kingdom, at Paragon Road, London E9 6PG. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.

1. Using the Service

The directory, market intelligence pages and AI tools are free to use and do not require an account. Every visitor is issued an anonymous session so their work can be saved and returned to them.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the AI tools to create unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing or infringing content.
  • Impersonate a business, person or brand you are not authorised to represent.
  • Use directory contact details to send unsolicited bulk messages, or in breach of any applicable marketing or anti-spam law.
  • Scrape, resell or systematically extract the directory or intelligence data.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe the Service's security, or disrupt its operation.

We may remove content or restrict access where these terms are breached.

3. Content you submit

You keep ownership of the brand details, prompts, images and form responses you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process and display that content only as needed to run the Service — for example, generating an exposure pack, rendering a public form, or publishing an image you chose to submit to the community gallery.

You confirm you have the rights to the material you upload, including any logos, imagery or customer data.

4. AI-generated content

Exposure packs, social copy, emails, personas, research summaries and images are produced by automated models. As between you and us, you may use the output you generate for your own commercial purposes. Similar output may be generated for other users, so we make no claim of exclusivity in it.

AI output can be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish, send or rely on, and for making sure it complies with advertising, disclosure and platform rules that apply to you.

5. Directory and intelligence data

Vendor listings, contact details, census figures and market intelligence are compiled from third-party and public sources. We do not endorse any listed business and do not verify that every detail is current or accurate. Any dealings you have with a listed business are between you and that business.

If you are a listed business and want your details corrected or removed, contact us and we will action it.

6. Payments

Some campaign forms collect a payment. Those payments are made to the business that created the form, and card details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers.

Refunds are the responsibility of the business that created the form. They set the terms of the sale, provide the goods or services, and decide any refund. Refund requests must be raised directly with that business; we can pass a request on but we are not a party to the transaction and do not issue refunds on their behalf. Nothing here affects rights you have under consumer law against that business.

7. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted access, or that generated content, directory data or research results will be accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data arising from your use of the Service, or from your reliance on AI output or third-party listing information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the Service changes; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use means you accept the update. We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are breached or where required by law.
