This policy explains what Global Connect Hub (connecthubglobal.com) and its mobile applications collect, why, and how you can have it deleted.

No accounts, anonymous sessions

There is no sign-up or login. When you first visit, we create an anonymous session and store an identifier on your device. It lets us keep your generated packs, saved vendors and forms attached to you across visits. It is not linked to a name or email unless you choose to provide one.

What we collect

• Anonymous session identifier — stored on your device and attached to the work you create.
• Usage events — page views, vendor clicks, tool usage and conversions, with the page path and a timestamp. Used for aggregate site performance reporting.
• Content you enter into the AI tools — brand details, prompts, campaign inputs and the resulting packs, copy and images.
• Images you generate — stored so you can return to them. Images shown in the community gallery are public.
• Campaign form responses and leads — whatever the form asks for, which may include a name, email, phone number or free text. This goes to the business that created the form.
• Payment details — where a form collects a payment, card data is entered directly with our payment processor. We receive only the payment status, amount and any email you supply for the receipt. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) kept for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

• Run the directory, intelligence pages and AI tools you ask for
• Keep your session's work available to you across visits
• Deliver form and lead responses to the business that created the form
• Process payments and send receipts
• Measure aggregate site performance and improve the product
• Detect abuse and keep the Service secure

We do not sell your personal information.

Third parties who process data

We use service providers to run the Service. Depending on which features you use, this can include our cloud database and hosting provider, AI model providers (for generating text and images), a web research and enrichment provider (for market and audience research), a payment processor, a maps provider, a voice provider for the assistant, and an email delivery provider. They process data only to provide their part of the Service. Content you submit to an AI tool is sent to the relevant model provider to produce your result.

Cookies and local storage

We use device storage for the anonymous session and for essential preferences such as your cart. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Retention

Generated packs, images and saved items are kept while your session remains active so you can return to them. Form responses and leads are kept by the business that created the form, for as long as they need them. Analytics events are kept in aggregate. You can ask us to delete anything tied to you at any time.

Data security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to stored data is restricted by row-level security policies so a session can only reach its own records, and administrative data is limited to administrators.

Your choices

You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of data associated with you. Because sessions are anonymous, include enough detail for us to identify the records (for example the share link of a pack, or the email you entered on a form). Clearing your browser storage ends the anonymous session on that device.

If you are a listed vendor and want your contact details changed or removed, email us and we will action it.

Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
